Miley’s Little Sis, Noah, Sure Looks Mature This Halloween

Noah Cyrus

Behold 9-year-old Noah Cyrus! Far be it from us to slut-shame a fourth grader, but would it kill ol’ Billy Ray and Tish to insist she be a little girl for just a while longer? It’s not too hard to say, “No, you’re not dressing as a sexy witch with dominatrix boots for Halloween!” Because God knows after pole-dancing at the Teen Choice Awards, Miley‘s childhood is a lost cause. Oh, that is quite the spectacle.
It looks like Billy Ray had his hair shorn and placed on her head.

I think you mean she looks like a slut this Halloween. Epic Fail. I don’t care about your so called parenting techniques this is unacceptable for any child at any age. Unless your some Frat Boys girls friend at a drunken Halloween, or a hooker this is not a good Halloween costume.

I’m 24 and those boots are too whorish even for me (and that’s coming from the girl who used to rock ‘shirts’ made of electrical tape to concerts).

Man, those Cyrus girls are so unfortunate looking, and the make-up does not help.  Not only does is say something about the parenting skills of these two, but what about what it says about the costume industry that they make things like this for 9 year olds?  Either way it’s all very sad.

I dressed as a nerd nearly every year of my life until I graduated because my dad’s closet was a treasure trove and my mother would have shred the skin off my body should I have dared to leave the house looking like this.  Apparently we have learned nothing frmo the sexualizing of our children since Jon Benet.  Dispicable

I remember when I was 9…in my school picture I wore an OshKosh jumper…for Halloween I think I wore a plastic Mickey Mouse costume.  I think I was allowed to wear high heels on special occasions when I was 12…those boots, never..can times have really changed that much?

W-O-W. if my niece ever tried dressing like that i think we’d lock her in her room and have a serious talk with her. that’s really inappropriate for a young girl! (and it looks scary)

Jeez…how hard is it really to re-direct a nine or ten-year-old girl to a more age appropriate costume? The fact that Hollywood is not a normal place to grow up aside, no parent should be “okay” with a girl that age walking about like that.

Imagine what Billy Ray would allow if he DIDN’T have the advice of publicists and the knowledge that his parenting decisions can be witnessed and critiqued by the world.

Scary…

So I know it’s not PC to make fun of little kids and their looks…but DAMN that is an unfortunate looking child. I know I was kind of chubby and awkward at age 9, but good LORD. Ok, I had to get that out.

Shame on the Cyrus family for letting their little girl out of the house in that monstrosity.

OK, first, it’s not cool to mock the appearance of any child. Outfits, fine, but her actual physical appearance… no.

Second, I think the outfit isn’t a good look for her, and I agree the boots are a bit much, but I don’t think she was going for a dominatrix look. I think she was going for a rock star look. I agree with jambadreamer07 that leggings would have made this acceptable… but still not a flattering look.

I don’t think those boots or that dress are anywhere near acceptable for a nine year old!! And leggings won’t change that.

Does the words, psycho stalker pedophile ring a bell here?  Why would any sane parent allow their baby girl to dress up like this?

I think I may have just lost respect for the Cyrus clan.  Miley’s antics is one thing, she seems kinda dancing to the beat of her own drum, but her little sister?

I wouldn’t have ever dreamed of wearing something that revealing at 9, in fact I think at 9 years old I was also Belle from Beauty and the Beast, I had the deluxe costume with the poofy underskirt and everything and I felt like a princess in it.

That’s what little 9 year old girls should be wearing, not costumes like this!

I think this is normal behaviour for a little girl with an older sister like Miley Cyrus. Little girls want to be their older sisters. And I bet if I dressed like a slut all the time, my sister would try to as well. What astounds me is the lack of intervention on their parents part? What happened to childhood? When I was nine I wanted to be a green M&M for Halloween.

That’s just the thing we’re all saying tho, Lil Miss Noah isn’t dressing like a kid, so how can one let a kid be a kid if she’s dressing inappropriately?  It’s unacceptable.

There are creepy guys out there that see photos like that of little girls and I’m sure no one needs me to say what kind of nastiness goes on in their minds.  But that’s the reality when babies prance around in stuff that is way too revealing.

Bottom line.

As the mom of an 8 year old daughter, this really hits home for me. My little girl will be a princess (non Disney) in a pretty long dress with a tiara and a cape for Halloween. I plan on letting her enjoy her childhood as long as possible - jeans, t-shirts, sneakers - things she can PLAY in. Yea, she’s a bit of a girly girl and really likes pink and purple..so it’s jeans and purple/pink t-shirts (and hot pink Hello Kitty crocs heh).

As for me? I was tall enough to ride adult rides at amusement parks when I was 7 (and my daughter takes after me). I remember wearing a lot of womens petites as a tween and not looking like a whore.

It breaks my heart to think that Noah is learning that dressing like this is a way to “get attention” at 9.  I think when I was 9 I was a Candy Corn for Halloween, and my twin sister was an M&M.  I didn’t bust out the “sexy” costume until I was a senior in college.  I did it for 2 years.  It’s cold on Halloween, forget that mess, from now on it’s pants.
