Michael Jackson’s Autopsy Findings Are Totally Horrifying
Michael Jackson’s initial autopsy findings are, in a word, scary. Not only did he weigh a shockingly-low 112 pounds at his time of death, but his stomach was empty and had just pills in it. Docs say he hadn’t eaten for at least six hours. And he was injecting a lot of pain killers, especially Demerol, which is possibly what stopped his heart. Also, his body was covered in scars, bumps, bruises, and cuts which means he was probably falling down a lot, though some of the scars are surely from getting plastic surgery 13 times. Jackson was also practically bald—sadly, that long, black hair was a wig.
We don’t know if they were star struck or what, but the people who tried to resuscitate MJ did a pretty whack job. They broke a bunch of his ribs during CPR and missed his heart once while they were trying to inject it with adrenaline. Also, these “professionals” tried to help Michael while he was laying on a bed and anyone who knows anything about CPR knows you have to be on a hard surface for it to work. [The Sun UK]

ribs get broken almost always during CPR…

As chloe said, ribs getting broken is a common thing with CPR. Also, the machine that is used at hospitals to perform CPR compressions breaks ribs routinely, and it is used while the patient is on a gurney. So, besides missing his heart, it doesn’t sound like they did that bad of a job. Considering his weight and the amount of narcotics going into his body, it was only a matter of time before he accidently killed himself.
If anything, the doctors will be liable for the narcotic use by Jackson. Just like with Anna Nicole Smith.

I agree with Riley, this sounds similar to Anna Nicles case, it wasn’t really the doctors fault, and you can’t hold them accountable for the drugs Michael wanted to take.

It’s fake.
“The Los Angeles County coroner just released the following statement:
“The report that is being published did not come from this office
. I don’t know where the information came from, or who that information came from. It is not accurate. Some of it is totally false.””

The “report” may be fake, but I think the Anna Nicole comparison is valid in general. On Friday, MJ’s atty Brian Somebody, wasted no time to denounce any complicitous participation in MJ’s drug habit, doing same tap dancing and CYA as one of his closest advisors and confidantes, trying to dodge speculation and criminal charges the same way Howard K Stein attempted and failed after Anna Nicole died. Sad. Everyone knew, but didn’t want to get their hands slapped out of MJ’s pockets. I think there will be some landmark/precedent-setting cases resulting from these two. The atty/medical pros tending these out-of-control-stars should not be allowed to skate, as they have due diligence and an oath to uphold whose advice and actions should be legal, and “to do no harm.”
Imo, life was just too painful for MJ and slowly checked out, but he certainly didn’t deserve to be aided and abandoned by those he trusted.

Previous commenters above are correct, ribs usually get broken during CPR. I was once told during a course that if you’re not breaking ribs, you aren’t doing it correctly.

I had heart failure two years ago due to complications and i had three broken ribs, I was told this is totally commonplace.

@riley- you are right. I’ve had CPR training and broken ribs are very commonplace. and just like cjmar my CPR instructor told me that if you’re not breaking any ribs, you’re not doing it correctly.

Ribs are broken during CPR, however, the fact about his being bald and him not having anything but pills and drugs in his stomach/system is sad.
I am going to keep my memories of him as a fantastic entertainer/singer/dancer….all the other information is just unfortunate and heart-breaking, whether or not he was famous.

i am pissed why are they making the man look bad even in death whatever they found it should be told to the family only not the world. instead of critisizing michael why dont they sue those who accused him falsely of child molestation and give his death some closure and dignity

CPR is pretty knarly. Even people our age need to know that is what happens all the time to people undergoing CPR. That is why so many people sign DNRs… Everyone should have a proxy, take charge of your health people and educate yourselves…

Oh, and death reports are ALWAYS available to the public. So if you don’t want to public to know how you died, you’d better put that you don’t want an autopsy in your health documents….....

look loveitlala you sound like a damn hater why should the mans privacy be violated by a bunch of people that are nothing but scum now they are degrading the man even in his death would you like one of your family members to be srtipped of their dignity like that? what they found is only the families business not the entire gloge.thats why he died in the first place because he wanted to prove to the world that he was still the king, but personally i dont know why michael wanted to prove himself to a bunch of dirty mouth scoundrels that if put in his place would not have been able to amuse anyone on the stage for a second

Some documents, as loveitlala pointed out, are public record. Family doesn’t get a say in that just because someone is famous. If you don’t want to subject yourself to the findings/coverage, turn your tv off and stay off websites that talk about it.

Poor Kitten…honey, get a life. Michael was your world, now he’s gone. Find another life to fixate on…maybe John Gosselin? No, that won’t work, cuz you’re more of a “fag-hag” type, so how about Clay Aiken? No, no, that won’t work…he came out. I think you like them still in the closet. Let’s see…hmmm…I can’t think of anyone else. I’m sure you’ll find him, though.

@Infamous: It leaves a foul taste in my mouth to defend “the kitten”, but I think that the quote you referenced was supposed to mean that MJ died from exhaustion/breakdown due to the extensive effort he was putting in to get ready for his tour.
In the end, there’s never a lot of dignity after death for anyone. The (in)famous simply have their indignity broadcast to the world, whereas we unknowns don’t.
