Lauren Conrad Designs Clothing Line For Kohl's

Lauren Conrad‘s latest attempt at designing clothes, called LC Lauren Conrad, is now available exclusively at Kohl’s. We weren’t fans of Lauren’s first try since we abhor jersey fabric, especially when it’s priced a gillion times higher than Forever 21, but some of these new clothes aren’t bad. After the jump, the five pieces from LC Lauren Conrad that we might wear (though we’d have to lie about who designed them).

The thing that kills me about “designers” is that she did not design the boyfriend cardigan. A longer, slightly slouchy cardigan is something you can buy at a lot of places. She may have tailored it a bit differently, but come on. It just irritates me when celebrities come up with these “lines” that are really the same stuff I can buy anywhere.

The tee is a bit high priced, but they seem about the same price and style as Urban Outfitters, Gap, etc. So I will still probably just buy whichever is on sale. It’s good to see her try and create wearable (albeit boring, as LousyReputation said) rather than cheap, trashy garments that other celebs often try to pass off as “high-end fashion” or whatever.
