Lady Gaga, you’ve got some ‘splaining to do. Irish pop star Róisin Murphy claims:
“Lady Gaga is just a poor imitation of me. She has copied my style.”
Holy crap! We didn’t think it got any crazier than all that “Lady Gaga is a hermaphrodite” shiz, but, from a style perspective, this is insane. The shocking evidence and proof that pictures don’t lie are after the jump.

Róisin Murphy pulls off the crazy better, and her music is more fun too. She doesn’t, however, go around pantsless quite as often as Lady Gaga.

I remember when she first came out, what last summer?, reading something about how she steals her style from Roisin Murphy and Grace Jones. If you need attention that badly, at least be creative or give the woman CREDIT!

As with most imitations, the original is better.
Murphy handles those looks infinitely more gracefully than Lady Gaga, who has always come off as awkward (to me at least) in her desperate quest to be noticed.

I dont read much about either, but has Lady Gaga claimed her stuff is original? If not, theres no reason to freak out on her, where do you think any of us get our styles?
However, if she does claim her attire as original, that was a silly move on her part.

Róisin Murphy is amazing. I hope this brings some exposure to Lady Gaga, she isn’t talented or creative. She just knows all the right people to steal their style…

Roisn has great style and it does appear Lady Ga Ga has blatantly copied her outfits but the difference is, Roisin is stylish but Lady Ga Ga is sexy as hell. She has an incredible body and fierce attitude about her. I like her music, love her voice and think she is just gorgeous. She is a strong character - even if she is “attention seeking.” Wow, who isn’t in the media? Ha, ha, ha, ha, ha…Can’t fault her for that.
