Katie Holmes Does Not Want You To Forget How Much She Loves Tom Cruise

People in love can be really annoying to people that aren’t. But then there are some people in love that are annoying to everyone in the universe, even the most Hallmark-y, optimistic, happy-go-lucky teddy bears. Like Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes. While we obviously admire Katie’s fashion sense since she hooked up with the Mission Impossible actor, we think she’s become one of those “smug marrieds” that give other married ladies a bad name, namely because she’s become totally incapable of taking about anything else. Somebody needs to tell her the record is skipping! In an interview with The Daily Mail, Katie answered every (admittedly lame) question with a Totally Tommy answer. Highlights, after the jump:

Daily Mail: What’s your idea of Heaven?
Katie Holmes: Falling in love with Tom and our daughter. I’m such a lucky woman. Sometimes I feel like I’m dreaming.

DM: What were your dreams as a child?
KH: To marry Tom Cruise!

DM: How did you meet Tom?
KH: We just went on this great date together, and it’s been wonderful ever since. He’s the most amazing man in the world. I’m so happy. I love him. I feel like he’s made my life.

DM: How would you describe him?
KH: He’s just amazing. He’s kind, generous, smart, he’s Tom Cruise—he’s the most artistic man I’ve ever met. He makes me laugh like I’ve never laughed. He’s made me feel joy like I never have before. There are so many things. He’s the most wonderful human being I know.

DM: Who would you like to be stuck in an elevator with?
KH: Tom and Suri.

What is it about her grin with the little tongue poking out between her teeth that drives me nuts?? But, I have to say I also think TC is hilarious. I really enjoy laughing at him and his psychotic scientology videos. Also, his high heels.

I don’t think Katie just gives marrieds a bad name, I think she makes women in general sound like bumbling idiots. What kind of lame-ass interviewer asks such predictable, leading questions, anyway?
