The only reason I even sort of like the idea is because sometimes when I’m wearing a dress or skirts, I don’t always have my purse near me. Likewise, I don’t always have my phone near me. But I don’t necessarily want to be reaching up my dress or skirt to answer my phone. I wonder if the Velcro can adjust for different lengths, like for different parts of the leg. Plus, it would never work with anything too tight or too sheer. But maybe I will just rather miss my phone calls than lift my dress up.
