Nose job denial is a full-time job in Hollywood. And if a star does ‘fess up to some surgery, they inevitably use the “deviated septum” defense. Sometimes the new nose can be a triumph. oh YAY. Though these aren’t very good before and after pictures, I’m glad you’re against rhinoplasty (beyond medical reasons).
I’ve always had a “long” (the polite way to say big) nose and got made fun of for it. I was dying to get a nose job (And still think about it), but if you can get laid and have people love you with your big nose, then it’s not really worth the surgery (expensive, painful, possible complications, etc).

ashley tisdale was so much cuter with her old nose! come on, “deviated septum” is what every star says when they get a nose job. some people really have that problem, but come one. it seems just a little too convenient for hollywood.
