Be afraid … be very afraid. Just in time for Halloween, the scariest thing any woman can imagine has happened. On MTV’s “The Real World/Road Rules Challenge,” contestant Shauvon busted her breast implant after cannon balling into a lake. Aaaarrrrggghhhhhh! I’ll pretend like the splash heard ‘round the world was not an awful idea in the first place, because the real takeaway from this moment is that an implant can actually rupture. Shauvon was rushed to the ER where she discovered she had nerve, muscle, and tissue damage. I’m thinking no more challenges for Shauvon. Worse? The other contestants think she is exaggerating the pain or making up some cockamamie story. My real boobs are in pain just thinking about it! My first question is, wait, this show is still on TV? Does anybody watch it?
My second question is, implants can rupture just jumping into a lake? I somehow thought they’d be more durable.
I learned to appreciate my 34 A’s when my ex’s ex was diagnosed with breast cancer and had a double mastectomy. After watching this I appreciate them even more and am doubly thankful for push-up bras! (Cleavage is overrated anyway.)

Even if I were a smaller cup size I wouldn’t want implants. Coming from a big boobed gal, cleavage really is overrated. Especially if they can burst *cringe*

I’ve never thought that implants look/feel anything like the real thing, so I’d never consider having those things inserted into my body. I’ll live with nature thank you.
I do sympathise with this girl…. although I’d have thought common sense would flag these sorts of activities as not the greatest idea!

I cannot watch this video. Dear god, just thinking about it is horrible. My boobs are too big for my liking anyway, so I’d never get implants, but still. Ye gods.
