That is actually the team uniform for Rock of Ages, the musical that he is in on Broadway.  All of the team had the same shirt on including the girls.  Constantine is nominated for a Tony Award for Lead Actor and Rock of Ages is nominated for Best Musical.

Ah, good to know.  The Women’s Center at my college sold shirts that said “Hooray for Boobies” to raise money for breast cancer.  TBH, I don’t remember seeing many women wearing them though.

I read/heard somewhere (or saw on U-tube??) that the ROA cast (at least Constantine) was at a Tony Awards rehearsal and missed the meeting/game where the official Bdway League uniform patches for their team tees were given out-Guess he’d better get one, stat! Constantine’s rendition of the National Anthem was described by onlookers and other teams’ members as “passionate” and “stellar”, btw..

Also interesting, the Broadway Softball League rules require that there be at least two women on each cast team.

I LOVE the idea of using the Hooray for Boobies tees for breast cancer fundraisers! They can be ordered through the Rock of Ages website (rockofagesmusical.com)- and purchased at the theater, but since the show/cast just donated a fat check to Broadway Cares (Equity Fights Aids) and has done special appearances/performances for several other charities as well- including the recent NYC Breast Cancer run, I wouldn’t be surprised if they could help organizers of breast cancer events with some kind of discount (No- I don’t work for ROA, LOL- just a fan of the Tony nominated Best Musical!)
Just speculating, but it would be worth a try..

I see no problem with the Horray for boobies shirt since I have stickers with the same thing (I couldn’t afford the clothing).  Warped tour has had a boobies tent for years with all the proceeds going towards breast cancer research and all the workers in the tent are women.
