Fashion First Aid Underwear: The Thong That Wasn’t
For some, thongs are a natural staple, either for their sexiness or utilitarian panty-line reduction value. The rest of us can’t stand butt floss, but make our cracks endure it when need be. The latter may want to check out this solution: seamless boyshorts by Fashion First Aid. With heat-sealed seams and some sort of vague-but-impressive-sounding “laser technology,” the panties give your bum full coverage but won’t produce VPLs. They come in black for everyday wear, as well as nude for the more complicated garments. Interestingly, Fashion First Aid also makes a thong variety of these invisible underpants. For the overly protective perhaps? [$16.50, My-Wardrobe.com]

As a solid anti-thong person, meaning I don’t own even a single pair of thong underwear, refuse to buy them for any reason, I love to see any product that is anti-thong.

$16.50 for underwear? Is it fur-lined?

No matter how great this product may be, I imagine the “whale tail” won’t be going away anytime soon.

I think the thong version is because some people want seamless underwear, and find thongs more comfortable…Like me?
Thongs are just more comfortable for me…I forget about them when I’m wearing them, as opposed to briefs where I can feel it on my ass. It’s distracting and annoying. And getting wedgies is way worse in briefs or boyshorts, than with thongs, because there’s so much more fabric, and it’s all bunchy.
And I don’t understand why some people absolutely hate thongs. I mean, I’m fine with people disliking how they feel, and understand, but when you’re so adamant that everyone know you hate thongs, it’s tiring. Especially since it’s kinda a personal choice.

Hmm. For $16.50, I hope these undies don’t roll up at the legs, like my seamless boyshorts do. Those undies give me the worst VPL of any of my undies.

I agree with remembercredricdiggory - thongs are way more comfortable, no weggies (they stay where they should be) and they don’t have legs that roll up and become super-noticeable. I save non-thongs for when I wear a skirt or a dress.
