I wouldn’t like it if my boyfriend called his ex-girlfriend a slut because it would make me wonder if he was over her. I remember once calling my ex-boyfriend a manwhore when I heard he had sex with another girl after we broke up because I was jealous and bitter. When I actually started to get over him, I had very few things to say, and if I did they were usually positive.

@ootie: the only time I wasn’t worried by my husband calling one of his exes a slut was when she was. I will even agree with that. I mean, she made some, shall we say, adult entertainment while he was deployed and they were still together. So yeah, I think usually I would be bothered by it, but there’s never a never.
