Duffy, the 23-year-old Welsh singer-songwriter who has the number one album and song in the U.K., sounds like a combination between Dusty Springfield and Amy Winehouse. Thankfully, she looks more like Dusty than Amy. Even though her album, Rockferry doesn’t come out in the states until May, her first single, “Mercy,” is currently the iTunes Free Single of the Week.
