Did Anyone Even Know About Kristin Davis’ Fashion Line?

So apparently Kristin Davis—yes, Charlotte from “Sex and the City”—has a fashion line. And even though she seems pretty busy shooting “SATC 2” here in NYC, evidently she is planning to show The Kristin Davis Collection, rife as it is with polyester, bright enamel bracelets and imitation patent leather, during New York Fashion Week. Aside from the fact that Charlotte wasn’t even a particularly stylish character on “SATC,” there is also that fact that Kristin herself basically brings to mind a blank fashion slate. Seriously, maybe it’s just further proof that this whole actor-turned-designer thing needs to end. Have you even seen this line? [Style List]

They sell it at Macy’s or Dillard’s I think… It really isn’t anything special, but I guess it isn’t bad.

... I have seen this line so many times amongst the racks, I never put the name to the face! Don’t think I ever bought any of her items though, nothing was ever too memorable to me.
And, @averadoll ... the line isn’t over. The Belk site linked above shows her Fall 2009 collection.

I own a pair of boots and a black dress from her collection. I really like the two things that I have but her collection didn’t really stand out among the other options in the store. The boots and dress are really just basic staples but at least they are well made.
