You probably knew that last Thursday was a holiday (Thanksgiving), but did you know that today is one, too? This morning I learned that it’s “Cyber Monday,” the online counterpart to Black Friday. Even though the term is new to me, it was coined in 2005 by a retailers association, and it finally seems to be catching on—there’s even a website dedicated to telling you where the deals are: CyberMonday.com.
