At Calvin Klein Collection’s flagship store on Madison Avenue, the windows currently display pillowcases silk-screened with the names of famous duos such as Barack and Michelle, John and Yoko, Siegfried and Roy, and Thelma and Louise. Created by artist Jonathan Horowitz as part of his “Pillow Talk Cases,” the cases are actually for sale, with proceeds going to the Art Production Fund. While we’re all about donating to good causes, we think we might steal Horowitz’s idea for our own purposes and get pillowcases customized (or write on a set with a Sharpie) to correspond to our lives.
