Check This Out: “Audrey Hepburn: International Cover Girl”

audrey hepburn book

Sometimes it’s more interesting to look at a life through secondary sources. Most of Audrey Hepburn‘s most iconic images come straight from old film stills or famous movie posters (raise your hand if at one point you had a “Breakfast at Tiffany’s” poster in your room ... or still do). Now’s the chance to reflect on how the rest of the world framed the star in a new book called Audrey Hepburn: International Cover Girl. The stunning tome compiles tons of magazine covers that Ms. Hepburn graced, many of which you’ve probably never seen before. The collection puts the star in global perspective by digging up shoots from international publications in languages so obscure, we definitely can’t identify them off the bat. And yes, the clothes are insane.

The thing is, we kind of want to rip this book to shreds. That is, just so we could frame our favorite images of Audrey, and put them back up on our walls. Check out a couple of images after the jump! [Grazia]
