Yes—gasp!—there are fashion-savvy girls roaming the streets outside of New York, Paris, London and Milan and The Minneapoline will make you a believer. Add the street-fashion style website to your list right after The Sartorialist and Garance Dore for plenty of pics of normal girls (no Vogue editors! no professional stylists! no perfect-looking models!) in totally chic, cute and sometimes vintage get-ups.
