I was most surprised about Lisa Kudrow, I had no idea. I’d be curious to find out if there are other celeb males who have sworn to keep their virginity.

while i think that sex is a personal choice, i also think it’s a private one. i feel that by posting it to the world, people feel that they are on a pedestal, as if being a virgin makes you better.

So I thought I clicked on the things you don’t know about the penis and I got to the article on alleged “celebrity virgins”. Guess they shouldn’t now about the penis..hehe.

Does anyone watch ‘Pretty Wicked’? Katie looks just like Julianne Hough.

I read this the other day and it made me laugh, particularly the South Park clip. Mickey Mouse will never be the same for me.

Meh, I am so bored of virginity being this pinnacle of Good. I think it’s a hangover from early Christianity (look it up!) and has somehow become this ultimate goal for people - I think it’s bullsh*t. The early Church began in a time when people married very young anyway and so the concept of remaining a virgin until marriage wasn’t carried over such a long period of time as it would be today with people getting married later and later. It could also be argued that the early Christian writers (ie, mostly men) reflect the way that society was back then - ie, women were not equal and were invariably property of their fathers/husbands, and somehow keeping them virgins was a reflection on the family.
If you want to be a virgin til you marry - then fine, do it, just don’t tell the world about it as if it’s everybody else’s business and act like people who do have sex are somehow “making bad choices” - although I do think there needs to be more sex education for people so that they know what they are getting into if they do make that choice.
Ok, am done moaning - am gonna go eat lunch
