Bust Up Gum Boosts The Size Of Your Boobies
A-cups, rejoice! Pop a piece of Bust Up Gum, which claims to increase bust size, and get the boobs of your dreams! And pigs can fly and Lindsay Lohan is going to get her act together. Sorry, this product sounds like the sort of thing only encountered on the Hogwarts Express. In the minor defense of the makers of Bust Up Gum, the creators at least went through the pretense of making a brilliant scientific discovery. They included fancy schmancy ingredients and all: Maltitol, Lactitol, Hydrogenated Glucose Syrup, and Pueraria. So, I guess this won’t work for you if you are into organic or that natural food business, but whatevs, you can’t have everything. Oh, but a a few notes of caution. The label recommends popping at least six tablets per day and also advises that you should not consume during pregnancy, breastfeeding, menstruation, or if you have been diagnosed with medical conditions of the ovaries, uterus, or breast. Oh, also, consuming in large amounts may cause loose bowels. That might be a problem for some.
OK, all joking aside, I really don’t think this product is safe. One piece of Bust Up Gum contains more chemicals than a box of Fruit Loops. I am also a wee bit nervous about the not consuming during menstruation bit. Why? What is in this gum that requires abstaining from it during my period? And why is this going to loosen my bowels? There are a lot of beauty products out there that don’t work, but they are generally harmless enough when used properly and prove good fodder for dinner party conversations. This one looks dodgy. If you are even entertaining the possibility of trying Bust Up Gum, think of this: What will you tell your doctor when you are rushed to the ER?

Maltitol and Lactitol may sound fancy, but they are just sugar alcohols.. aka.. low cal sweetners. Both of them may cause GI problems (bloating/gas, etc). Lacitol is derived from lactose (milk sugar). I’d never heard of Pueraria, and that is apparently the magic breast enlargement chemical. It’s actually pretty interesting to read about: it’s a root from thailand and there are 2 types: one for males and one for females. The female version contains phytoestrogens, which is why I’m guessing you shouldn’t take during your period, as estradiol levels need to drop beforehand.
I was about to do a pubmed search to see if any studies had been done, but then I realized that I’m just going to nerd up the place. Yea procrastination on finals!!

I’ve wanted to buy this product before, they have done studies on this product but only in Thailand where this plant grows.
The side effects are pretty much the same as taking any extra form of hormones, increased risk of certain cancers etc. etc.
Another thing about these pills is that apparently the size will stay as long as you consume the product, once you stop (just like the placebo week in BC) the breasts will return to their normal size.
The same makers have ‘cookies’ that you can eat for fat loss & breast growth lol.
