Britney’s New Video For “3” Is Hot

Just as suspected. Britney Spears just released the video for her new song “3,” which you’ve probably been hearing everywhere since it’s sitting at the top of the Billboard music chart. And from that little snippet where she’s being pulled back and forth by two dudes in body paint, I think it’s safe to say that the song is definitely about threesomes rather than, say, math. Sure seems like Hollywood’s gone threesome-crazy, no?

I can’t believe Britney actually sings “one, two, three, Peter, Paul and Mary”! Poor Mary Travers is probably rolling over in her grave right now.

Um, this video is reminiscent of Beyonce’s “Green Light” crossed with Madonna’s “Human Nature”. Anybody else see it?

Video: My first thought was “Fosse,” my second thought was “Paula Abdul did it better with ‘Cold Hearted Snake’.”
Music: I didn’t find it worth listening to.

I’m always amused by watching the faces of the other dancers in videos like this, especially the guys’ faces. They look so disinterested and, I don’t know, drone-like? Much more amusing than watching Britney most of the time.

Love the song, enjoyed-ish the video. I just wish Britney had the same confidence (dance-wise) she had before her meltdown. She’s even more disappointing in concert (again, dance-wise. She’s always lip-synced.)

That was amazingly awful. Her voice is so electronically distorted - it could be anybody singing. Even me, perish the thought. But, hey, at least she isnt pudgy, right?

Only Britney could make a song about threesomes sound like a disinterested chipmunk singing into a fan.
Not even getting into her dance moves which basically consisted of “pile hair on top of head, wait, pout, let hair fall.” If I had a weave that bad I’d dance my ass off so you’d stop noticing it.
