Blake Lively has established herself as something of a fashion maven, but even the sartorially adventurous have dress-down days. Or maybe she’s just in costume for the film she’s working on right now, “The Town.” Either way, she looks a little bummed out about being photographed wearing this outfit. [Boston, 11/2/09]

No need to play dress up 24/7. Celebs get comments made when they are dressed up as it is. Can’t Blake catch a break and actually have a break every now and then?

What’s so awful about dressing down? If she’s truly a fashion maven, she should own her outfit, whatever it is. (Though I could be thinking of “style,” not “fashion.”) Maybe her expression had to do with something else, not “My outfit sucks, don’t look at me, hisss!”
Then again, if you were to ask me to explain who this person is, I’d have a hard time—I really know nothing about her. Maybe your interpretation is correct. If so, sucks to be her; being high-maintenance must be a pain in the arse…

She’s only human, I say give her a break. I don’t even think that outfit is THAT bad. It’s a jacket and jeans. Pfh! I personally like that she’s able to relax and be a “regular” person.
