It’s Labor Day Weekend— forget work! Let’s watch Bettie Page work it in this Burlesque Teaserama mash-up to “Goodbye Horses” by Q Lazzarus. Although, truth be told, I think I did racier moves back in the day at my dance recitals. Does that make me a bigger ho than Bettie?

Bettie was an icon, absolutely a trend setter for way longer than just the 50s. The camera adored her, and all of her imitators (yes, I’m talking to you, Dita) should thank their lucky stars she ever became the unwitting celebrity that she was.

But yikes—Bettie moves like she has something stuck in her dainty underthings.
