(Another) Quote Of The Day: Carrie Prejean Quotes The Good Book
“No, I don’t think there’s anything wrong with getting breast implants as a Christian. I think it’s a personal decision. I don’t see anywhere in the Bible where it says you shouldn’t get breast implants.
—De-throned beauty queen Carrie Prejean may also be surprised that the Bible doesn’t say anything about airplanes, the polio vaccine, pasteurized milk, or electricity, either. [Christianity Today]

I am not really up to date with my Bible reading, but doesn’t the old testimant say something about how you aren’t supposed to alter your body? I seem to recal that tattoos used by the nazis were particularly demoralizing because they forced jewish people to break this rule. I would think that if a tattoo is not ok in the Bible, that implants are also not ok.

Wow I’m surprised she’s able to read, to bad she’s too stupid to make good informed choices about life and “loving thy neighbor”. Stupid cow.

I’ll be the first to say how much I can’t stand Carrie Prejean and her ignorance, but who cares if she got her boobs done? Why is this even a “Quote Of The Day?” If it makes her feel better about herself than more power to her! Seriously people, stop nitpicking at others. Personally, I’m more concerned with her character than her appearance.

The Bible says women are to dress modestly Carrie and not stumble men into sexual sin (by causing them to lust in their hearts by looking at your fake big tits and wanting to do whatever with them or you). If you believe so strongly in God then you ought to respect what HE has endowed you with and not cut your chest open to add bags of goo. If you believe in Him like you say you do then you should also believe HE could promote you and your “career” without all the sexing up of yourself. This kind of hypocisy pisses me off. She wants it both ways-tries to be a sex pot and “holy”... I had a gal “friend” my on MySpace once and her whole page was all about how much she loved Jesus, Bible sayings etc…the whole page she promoted herself as this super Christian girl…then you look at the pictures she has of herself in photo album and they are totally provocative (she has implants too), her tops were way low cut and she posed sticking out her chest and wore super mini skirts. She looked like a hooker and a cheap one at that. Excuse me ! If you want to present the Christian thing how about walking your talk-if you don’t you are hurting the cause and in the end only make people laugh at Christians and think how two faced they are.

This. But I must say, I doubt Carrie has actually read the Bible or knows the Ten Commandments… particularly the one about not bearing false witness and all that junk.
She definitely fails on the modesty bit. No one gets breast implants to cover them up under a baggy sweater. She sure didn’t. And no, I don’t believe women should cover themselves to keep from tempting men, but then I also don’t believe same sex couples shouldn’t have the right to be married.

There is a reason why airplanes, vaccines etc. aren’t in the bible. They are the work of Lucifer and through using the tools of the devil, you are sealing your fate in hell!!!
Happy Friday the 13th ye damned souls.

As a Christian I just wish she would shut her mouth. There is only one thing she needs to know right now: “It’s better to be silent and thought a fool than to speak up and remove all doubt” Lincoln

I love how right wing christians interpret the bible to serve their own purposes, without actually reading the parts that go against their pathetic agenda.
