Angry Ex-Wife Sets Fire To Husband’s Wedding

Talk about revenge gone seriously wrong. A woman in Kuwait was incredibly mad about how her ex-husband treated her. So when she found out he was getting remarried, she decided to set the female-only tent at the wedding on fire by dousing rags in kerosene and lighting them up. (In Kuwait, the men and women are separated into different tents during nuptials.) We’re not exactly sure what she thought would happen, but the tent instantly went up in flames. About 43 women and children were killed, and another 52 were injured. The bride was OK, but her mother and sister died. Some people were even trampled as everyone rushed to get away from the flames. That’s terrible! I’m guessing she only meant to scare the women, but it’s truly tragic how it turned out.

Maybe it’s just me, but I cannot imagine something like this on such a large scale happening in America. I feel there is more jealousy in other countries, especially in the Middle East.
