A “Real Housewives Of New Jersey” Mystery

With all the hullabaloo over Michael Jackson’s death on Thursday, I didn’t get around to watching part two of “The Real Housewives of New Jersey” reunion until this weekend. So glad Bravo reruns things a bajillion times, because part two was even better than part one! We went over the details of the Cop Without A Badge allegations about Danielle (she refused to comment on most of them, saying she would have her own book set the record straight) and found out how Dina and Caroline managed to marry brothers (Caroline made Albert first, and his brother Tommy, who had known Dina since she was a kid, eventually fell in love with her as an adult). The best part, however, came towards the end, when it was majorly implied that after filming was over, Danielle did something to get back at Dina. Whatever she attempted to do never actually happened and while Dina has decided to forgive her—or at least not make a public issue out of it—Caroline has not. She said that she’d never be able to forgive Danielle because “too much [had] gone down”, that she was “disgraceful” and “garbage.” So what did Danielle do?! I speculate, after the jump….
- Danielle put a hit on Dina and/or paid one of her ol’ cronies from the Columbian cartel days to break her kneecaps.
- She tried to pay someone at Chateau (the Housewives fave Jersey hair salon) to give Dina the Kate Gosselin haircut.
- She, or one of her friends, attempted to seduce Tommy Manzo, who rejected her because Dina’s boobs at least are not wonky.
- She had her daughter spread a rumor about Alexis, Dina’s daughter, at school.
- She stole Dina’s gay assistant for herself.
- She had Grandma Wrinkles poisoned, but Grandma Wrinkles is resilient and lived to meow the tale.
And by the way, Dina, Caroline, Danielle, Jacquelina, and Teresa will be back for a second season! Ba-da-bing! [TV Squad]

My theory (and god help me for having enough time on my hands to develop a theory) is that Danielle slept with Dina’s husband. Dina told protective sister Caroline that Danielle had tried, but failed, because she knew Caroline would murder Tommy.
Those of us with no lives know that Tommy the Husband is a big cheater from their ridiculous wedding special. But Dina has no intention of ditching her meal ticket, so she’s saying it was “attempted” just to save face.

The theory I’ve seen that makes the most sense is that it has something to do with custody of Lexi. Apparently Danielle gave Dina’s wasband a phone number of some kind and wrote in her blog about it and that she got involved with something that was none of her business. So if she gave him the phone number or some other info to use against Dina in a custody dispute, that would make a lot of sense - about why Caroline freaked since she’s so Mommy & Me about everything, and about why Dina wouldn’t want to talk about it, and she had the same look on her face as when she was talking about not wanting Lexi to see the scene at the big dinner party. So I think that makes a whole lot of sense.

I agree with above comment.. Danielle did say she gave her ex a #. So it prob. def. had something to do with custody and her daughter.
Either way Dina is a great person.

I have thought from the beginning that Danielle was a liar and a phoney. She has been a poor soul actress from the start. That Jaceqlinne went against her family when she wasn’t even there is sad. She said that Dina begged her not to tell Danielle and even Chris knew it was her. She is a liar as well. Her, Chris and Danielle belong together. I think that Caroline, Dina and Teresa are genuinely nice people. To know them I believe would be to love them.
