10 Things Lady Gaga’s New Perfume Might Smell Like

According to Elle.com, Lady Gaga has a new perfume coming out. But what will it smell like? They speculate: “Notes of latex? Hints of peroxide with an underlying whiff of sweat?” We have a few ideas of our own.

1. Wet disco balls and insane asylum weekend passes.

2. The absence of pants.

3. Alexander McQueen’s Kingdom.

4. Patchouli oil, Old Spice, and that old tube of Mac lipstick in the bottom of your purse.

5. Nonsense.

6. Elton John’s underpants.

7. Potato salad made with peroxide.

8. Monsters.

9. Cotton candy, vanilla, Catholicism.

10. That Alejandro guy.

I'm kind of confused by Lady Gaga and not in a "what the eff is her gender kinda way" (because honestly...who cares?). My friend was trying to convince me of Gaga's awesomeness (she doesn't like her music, but thinks what she stands for is amazing) by going on and on about how she hates the money aspect of her fame and gives all her money to charities and pours it into her stage sets. To give back to her fans. To give it back to her people.

If that's the case, how does this perfume figure into her anti-money shtick? I understand artists are sort of pushed into marketing themselves, but if you're really against it, I would think you'd say "no, that's not what I stand for."

I don't know. Baffled. Someone enlighten me!

It's bad enough her music is stinking up the airwaves, now she's literally got to stink up the air too? I'm so not a fan. I can't wait for her time in the spotlight to come to an end.
