Midnight in Paris
Jessica: Marion Cotillard is luminescent as the artists' mistress who tempts Owen Wilson to ditch real life and stay in 1920s Paris forever. Every time I think about the part where she says she and a girlfriend asked the whores in Paris to teach them all their tricks, I get a little shiver up my spine (and a ladyboner).
Ami: This one was a hit for me. I love Paris and I love literature, so that was appealing. It was fun watching iconic literary characters come alive. But what I really loved was the message of the film: to accept where you are now instead of pining for some mythical golden age for art.
