Ami: "Blood, Bones & Butter: The Inadvertent Education Of A Reluctant Chef," by Gabrielle Hamilton
I am reading Gabrielle Hamilton's memoir Blood, Bones & Butter: The Inadvertent Education of a Reluctant Chef. I am not quite done yet, but I have thoroughly enjoyed this book so far. She writes well both about her life and about food, which is an interesting thing. It makes me hungry for more — literally and figuratively. And I am obsessed with eating at her restaurant Prune now. I need to make a reservation.
I would recommend this book to anyone who likes food. Or kick ass women. Or both.
