Step 3: Take out a squishy make up sponge. On the flat butt, paint a corner with neon orange like Deborah Lippmann’s “Hollaback Girl.” Tap the color on from the tip of your nail down about 2/3^rd’s of the way.

If you hear a sound like old lady lip smack or your dabbing looks like craters, you’re globing too much polish on the sponge. Lighten up, you can always go back in and do another thin coat…. And then it’ll dry faster.
