Step 2: Lay down one coat of neon yellow, completely covering all the white. Here, I’m using Deborah Lippmann’s “It Girl.” When it’s completely dry, you’re ready for Step 3.
If you hear a sound like old lady lip smack or your dabbing looks like craters, you’re globing too much polish on the sponge. Lighten up, you can always go back in and do another thin coat…. And then it’ll dry faster.
