At yesterday's Alexandre Herchcovitch show, the look was based on an Eastern European woman. Specifically, the designer was inspired by the films of Armenian director Sergei Parajanov. We'd never heard of him, so we'll be adding "The Color of Pomegranates" to our Netflix queue.
