Blue eyeshadow, the hallmark of octogenarians and hapless preteens alike, is making a comeback. Its reincarnations are fresher and more unconventional than ever before — at Jeremy Scott, artists lined upper lids in soft white before smudging navy pencil into just the outer corners. The moody, almost duo-chromatic look at Edun was created by layering a metallic medium blue shadow over black.
