Well okay, this one is different. In 2011, Twenty-one-year-old Mark Anthony Richardson II posed as a teenage autistic boy in order to get people to change his diaper. According to reports, "he is accused of conning at least two babysitters into caring for him while he used a pacifier, wore a diaper and drank baby formula."

At just 4-foot-9 and weighing 120 pounds, Richardson was able to deftly pretend to be younger than he actually was.

He pleaded guilty to felony sexual battery and seven counts of outraging public decency. (Those counts refer to the seven times he had a babysitter change his diaper).
