The PB Of Minnesota Homeland Security Building

An unidentified St. Paul man wandered in through an unlocked door in the Minnesota Homeland Security building  and pooped in several rooms before sneaking back out in the to night. All though he was caught on a film surveillance camera, he was never apprehended. Makes you feel a little weird about the capabilities of our Homeland Security, no? if they can't catch a rogue pooper, how are they going to catch terrorists? [Wonkette]
