tmi courtney love

I kinda just wanted to type "Courtney Love" and leave it at that. I don't even understand what she's saying most of the time. What does, "ME! O theres no nerd ibn goiub to see the Elgin Marbles and itilivwd if Oxfordshire we cld have ablind date but stuck in studio/forensicik" mean? And before that, she tweeted: "and i MUST gain weight ALOT of it fast im eating like a pig its really hard as I forced myself to be a noneater for a while but I gotta SING." What I don't get is how she spelled Oxfordshire correctly but the rest is mushed together or impossible to translate. Basically, everything she writes is TMI of her thought process.
