In our age of pill popping to stave off panic attacks and anxiety, half the problem is the pills themselves. Imagine having a panic attack because you have no Xanax! The thought just makes my pulse race. If you're prone to bouts of anxiety, think next time about grabbing one of these foods to comfort you, or increasing these eats in your diet to prevent attacks.
P.S. I'm no shrink or nutritionist, but I'm really awesome at research, eating, and having panic attacks.
