Bad: Emmy Rossum in Jenny Packham

Emmy actually looks good in this dress because she has a great body and knows how to hold it. I like a lot of Jenny Packham's dresses but this one is, like, a Tinkerbell Halloween costume. The woven gold heels are also tacky. Love her hair and makeup, though! See also: visible pasties.
