I am so happy to see Missy Elliott, I don't even really care what she's wearing! That being said, I actually think this outfit -- especially the blouse with exposed shoulders -- is sophisticated and edgy. And Missy has gotten way svelte, no?

UPDATE: Um, apparently this is Yolanda Adams not Missy Elliott. I swear to God, every ounce of me was so sure this was Missy, IT LOOKS JUST LIKE HER IN THE FACE ON MY TINY SCREEN. Anyway, sorry. Yolanda looks good too. Also, Missy I miss you.
