Bad: Lea Michele

Obviously I don't know Lea Michele personally, but she really bothers me. Does she have this effect on anyone else? Anyone? For the most part, I love the Jenny Packham dress she chose, but the sheer cap sleeves throw off the whole look for me. It's …  juvenile? Blah.
