A few years ago, the graphic novelist Chester Brown decided he no longer wanted to pursue romantic relationships with women and decided instead to pay sex workers for sex as often as he could afford it. Whether you find him admirable, desperate, or something in between, to hear his side of the story is fascinating. There's also an amazing addendum at the end of the book in which Chester lays out her personal arguments for why prostitution should not be criminalized and I must say, he completely convinced me. — Jessica
