The Night Circus by Erin Morgenstern

This is a great story about two young people forced into a competition by their mentors. Neither know what it entails, nor when it will even begin. But for their whole lives they are training for it. The venue, turns out to be a circus. One like the world has never seen before. It appears without notice and leaves in the same fashion. It is a story that is constantly keeping you on your toes. Never for a moment think one of the details isn't important, because it is. I loved reading this book, and the moment it was over I wanted to start it again. The only thing I will say is that you should read the real book, and not the e-book. I read this on my Kindle and I wished I hadn't. This is not an easy read, and there are so many details that I wished I could have gone back to certain parts to re-read to understand things better, instead of having to rely on my memory. Definitely pick up The Night Circus. It will probably be optioned for a movie soon. -- Lauren
