In Japan, the "Morning Banana Diet" is really popular. Japanese opera singer Kumiko Mori said that she lost 15 pounds by eating a banana and room-temperature water for breakfast and whatever she wanted for lunch and dinner—as long as there is no dessert, everything is eaten by 8 p.m., and you are asleep by midnight.
