Oh, and wrote them a check for $1 million. So, now that we got that out of the way, how did Trista and Ryan spend ABC’s moolah? Trisa wore a $70,000 Badgley Mischka wedding dress and $50,000 Stuart Weitzman heels, which were encrusted with 282 diamonds. She also wore a $1 million Tacori necklace and the couple exchanged $25,000 diamond and platinum wedding bands. Some of the cost went straight into their bellies, too—their seven-tier chocolate wedding cake cost $15,000. Of course, ABC shelled out to actually film the wedding and edit it to air on TV—but they got what they paid for when 17 million viewers tuned in. Luckily, it wasn’t in vain—Trista and Ryan are still happily married (one of the few couples from the franchise who are) and have two kids.
