Leonard Nimoy
Leonard Nimoy is best-known for playing the original Spock on “Star Trek,” but he’s also a published poet. Nimoy’s poems would probably be dubbed “highly illogical” by his character counterpart, but that’s OK. You can check out Nimoy’s poems in A Lifetime of Love: Poems from the Passages of Life and half a dozen other poetry collections. Also, take a look at his photography in The Full Body Project: Photographs by Leonard Nimoy. Sample line: “A silence with you / Is not / a silence / But a moment rich / with peace.”
