Every season = 12 pretty girls + 1 super awkward stick-figure who becomes gorg + nude photo shoot - hair of one girl who freaks out in the stylist's chair + shoot where women have to dangle high in air + absurdly generous sprinkling of Tyra Banks being full of herself. But, hey, the formula works. It's been copied in more than 30 countries, including Afghanistan, Sweden, and Nigeria.
