While I would never in a million years try to pull off some of the hair and makeup at fashion shows, other styles are so inspiring they make me want to run home to play with my hair and experiment with different eye shadows.

For Preen’s fall 2010 show, hairstylist Luke Hersheson created a knotty ponytail in the model’s hair, and makeup artist James Kaliardos skipped rosy cheeks in favor of mauve. Click through to see what went down backstage.
