Kelly Osbourne

In this situation, it's not the dress itself that makes the look a major don't, it's sort of… everything, all at once. The bodice seems ill-fitting to me, but I do like the colorblock and the line down the center. I don't like the orange with the ivory stripe and the white top on Kelly with her gray hair. I don't hate Kelly, and I definitely don't think she's an ugly girl, but she could at least, you know, not dye her hair a color generally reserved for the 50+ crowd.
