Outfit Details: I got this skirt at Urban Outfitters for a steal -- $15. I normally am terrified of horizontal lines on my bottom half, but I think the vertical lines in the center really make this skirt flattering. Also, I think the short and tight fit scored me a cab this morning, which I needed to take to work because these shoes kind of kill me.
