Must Haves: 10 Top Turtlenecks

At some point a few years ago, I stopped wearing turtlenecks. I'm not sure what it was, but I'm officially rescinding my turtleneck prohibition. A turtleneck sweater -- with or without a cowl -- is a flattering fit that highlights your cheekbones and does that delicate trick of being sexy but not revealing.
