The Cannes Film Festival is where celebs are supposed to bring their A game. Not their A- game, but their A+ game. That's because they're not simply on the red carpet at some crappy Hollywood premiere -- they're on the world's snotty stage! In France! France! And they're competing against French and Italian starlets in the glamour game, too. As such, these girls have some really intense gown-age in tow -- with everything from lacy cut outs, to feathers, to bright colors at their disposal.
